Returns & Refunds

Because I want you to love your new jewelry, I do offer returns and exchanges for any reason.

To make a return
• The item should be unused and in original condition
Contact us within 14 days of delivery – please include your order information.
• Send your item back within 30 days of receipt
• I strongly suggest shipping using a traceable method, such as USPS First Class.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is delivered damaged or defective). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please include your name and order number to ensure quick processing of your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that all items are shipped free of defects, however, there may be occasion where we miss something. If you should receive an item with a defect or that has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

A return label will be issued for your convenience, and we will replace the defective item.

Custom Made Returns
Please note, custom made items are not available for return unless it is delivered damaged or defective.

Warranty and Repairs
I offer a guarantee that your piece will last. If anything happens to it, just contact us and I will make any necessary repairs for free. You would just need to pay for shipping to get the item to my studio.

I do accept cancellations on most orders up until the order ships.
Cancellations on custom orders are accepted within 24 hours of when the order is placed.
